With 25 years experience as a social worker, and Head of Service for social care and health assessment, provider and commissioning teams I have led and been involved with a wide range of service developments. 

Always working with people who use services, the organisations they develop or use for support. 

Always working with reducing budgets, complex decision making environments and involving people of all backgrounds.

Always with compassion, integrity and good humour.

Always looking for the quick solutions while the long term work carries on.
